Luxury Highrise-Karachi

Another Luxury Mixed-Use Tower Under Design for Karachi
OJMR Architects is working on another high-rise tower assignment for a confidential development group in Karachi, Pakistan. The project encompasses 510,000 square feet of office and luxury apartments in a 42-story tower situated on a parcel in the "Clifton" section of Karachi. 2-3 bedroom apartments and street view townhomes, will have exterior spas located on a protected balcony with views of the Arabian Sea. Upscale amenities, including a private pool and clubroom are provided for residences. The project is currently in Design with construction slated for 2010.
